Privacy policy for information

  • Why we hold your data and what types of data we use

If you are solely on our mailing list we hold data which comprises your name and email address, which is used to mail out NSP event information to you.

If you are an external course participant we will keep data relating to your contact with us. This data is for administrative purposes and will usually comprise: your name and contact details, any completed booking forms for workshops, invoices and receipts in relation to your payment (s). These details are kept electronically or manually in a secure place.

If you are signed up as an NSP student we will keep data relating to your course programme participation. These details are kept electronically or manually in a secure place.   This data will usually comprise: your name and contact details; any booking forms used, administrative information as to your fee payment arrangements and course progression, your course application form and professional references, any notes made by your course tutors, copies of your written course work, assessments of your work and your course attendance.

  • How long your data will be kept

For people on our mailing list we hold contact details as above, for as long as you chose to stay on our list. If you unsubscribe, the data will not be kept.

For external workshop participants we will destroy data (kept as outlined as above) after six years.

For NSP Students, we will keep student records for six years following graduation / completion of course programme.
