Residential Training Weekend:

A Rich Tapestry -  Gathering the Threads of Self

Shepherds Dene, Hexham

1 - 3 December 2017

Who and what am I? Who am I in relationships?  There is a fluid but consistent pattern of perceptions and relating woven into our self-structure and our sense of self. A range of textures, colours and motifs which we can explore with curiosity and fascination.

This residential weekend will be of interest to those who seek a deeper understanding of their own patterns and how they impact on relationships. Using action methods we will work creatively and fluidly to reveal a more authentic version of ourselves.

“People are just as wonderful as sunsets if you let them be. When I look at a sunset, I don't find myself saying, "Soften the orange a bit on the right hand corner." I don't try to control a sunset. I watch with awe as it unfolds.”

Carl R. Rogers, Way of Being
